Mission Statement

We, the members of the East Carolina University Ambassadors, come together for the purpose of representing and serving every past, present, and future student and the Greenville Community through our passion, devotion, and leadership.

Membership Benefits

By being an ECU Ambassador, benefits include Networking opportunities on campus and around the Greenville community, skill development and leadership opportunities within the organization and the ability to serve and give back.

Goals

The Ambassadors assist the university through various university departments, such as Athletics, Admissions, Student Affairs, and our Alumni Association. From helping with small departmental programs to large, campus wide events, the Ambassadors are willing to lend a hand wherever it is needed.

History

The ECU Ambassadors Organization was established in 1980 under the Office of the Chancellor and Students Advancement.  We were established for the purpose of representing the students, faculty, and staff of East Carolina University through our service to the campus and surrounding Pitt Community. Presently, we continue to increase the capacity in which we are able to play a role in establishing a greater East Carolina.
